Graduates
Great
Graduate Development Programmes have three key functions: to attract
the best, to retain the best and to successfully integrate them
into your business.
Design
We listen carefully to what your needs are and
combine these with our experience, designing a programme which is
individually crafted to suit your requirements. Over the past 20
years we have successfully delivered graduate training programmes
for:
British Rail, AT&T, British Energy, News International,
Siemens Communications, Siemens Transportation, Siemens Finance,
SWEB, Butler and Tanner.
Learning style
The emphasis is on self-driven learning. Graduates
will have a learning contract in place before the programme begins
and be expected to take a pro-active approach to their learning
and development.
Our goal is to impart and improve graduates’
knowledge, skills and confidence. We closely monitor the learning
sessions and evaluate the outcomes.
Community Projects
Grass
Routes has been providing Community Projects
since the 1980s and we have found it productive to integrate challenging
and energising community projects into graduate development programmes
as part of the overall training and development mix.
The learning outcomes are rich and diverse. All
participants will gain a better understanding of:
Planning
Teamwork
Leadership
Communication
Problem Solving
Project Management
Organisational Structure
Change management
What our clients have said
“The programme content gave those present
a firm grounding in the principles of management, as well as providing
for personal development and heightening the graduate’s company
awareness. It is widely believed that the friendships and contacts
made throughout the week will continue to be a source of encouragement,
advice and support at Siemens. As a result staff morale, staff retention,
and the attractiveness of the graduate scheme have all been enhanced
by the programme”
Siemens Graduate Programme
“… this course has given me the invaluable
tools to identify my strengths and weaknesses and moreover it has
set a standard so high, that I fear no training course will ever
compare.”
