This practical workshop helps managers to understand how to hold a truly effective appraisal for their staff; addressing key issues such as motivation, competency, critical feedback and development plans for the year ahead. It is suitable both for those new to the task and managers with experience who want to review their approach, or even who have become disenchanted with the appraisal process.
