Coping with Change

The one thing that is certain is change, this workshop explores the current thinking and best practice associated with change management at work.
​​During this workshop facilitated sessions will help participants to create their own toolkit and action plan to effectively meet the challenges posed by the changes that they and others are implementing at work. Areas covered will be  prioritisation , stress, understanding how our communications can be affected under stress, how to adapt your style and managing at pace.
