This leadership workshop is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, middle manager with little or no formal training. Workshops for more senior managers through to executive level are also available.
This workshop explores coaching and mentoring using interactive activities supported by theoretical frameworks which combine to form a strong learning process.
Participants are encouraged to experiment with their individual coaching styles in a safe learning environment.
The exercises are designed to increase self-confidence and competence. During the day all of the participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills of coaching and to gain direct feedback from their peers and the tutor.
