Performance Management

“It is not the strongest of species who survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”

Variables include -  at what stage in the performance cycle is the workshop being introduced and the level of strategic input required? There are many others. This workshop is often used to introduce the concept and embed it into the overall culture of an organisation to bring about change.
