Beginners Project Management

Managing projects is a part of every business owner or manager's job. Having a structured way of designing and implementing the change can greatly improve the chances of success. This workshop has been designed to help you develop some of the  basic skills you need to design and implement projects successfully.
This workshop introduces the principles of planning and managing projects. The workshop takes participants through the project management lifecycle, dividing it into 4 stages, initiation, planning, implementation and closure.
This is a highly interactive workshop that will draw on the experiences of the tutor and the participants. Theory and exercises are combined to make this an informative and enjoyable day.
