The Teamwork for Young People workshop links to the Leadership for Young People workshop following on from it. This workshop gives an appreciation of what a good team does and how it can attain peak performance. It also explores some of the barriers to peak performance and how these might be overcome. The workshop employs a blend of activities supported by theoretical frameworks which combine to form a strong learning process. Participants are encouraged to experiment with their team profile in a safe learning environment.

How teams reach peak performance and overcome the potential barriers that they might have be overcome
They will also gain an understanding of what it is like to lead and what the responsibilities of the team are towards the leader.
